I'm in the fourth week of my
new exercise routine. I've been working out at Triad for plyometrics an average of twice a week, running at least twice a week and then going to the gym to lift at least twice a week. I'm running 3 miles in about 24 minutes (down from 32), which gets me to an eight minute mile. I'm still enjoying it and starting to learn how to pace myself and push myself. I'd like to eventually do a sprint triathlon, but the idea of trying to swim long distances in open water isn't that appealing.

I for one wouldn't want you to be eaten by a shark during your triathlon.
