Wow. I was searching for a High School friend of mine, and I came across this list of old Bulletin Board Systems (BBSs) that I used to frequent 25 years ago. I got to know a bunch of these SYSOPS at the time, and even ran my own BBS out of my basement for a year. Being a big nerd, this became my community, as a 12 year old, establishing credibility, when no one really knew how old you were.
