Triad Workout

Today's 6AM workout was kind of a greatest hits. It consisted of Crab walks, Bear crawls, one legged box hops, two legged hurdle jumps, bag pushes, push ups, split lunges, tricep dips and some others that I've probably blocked out at some point. This was one that we were all dying on today - the kind that makes you dig deep and I came up empty. There were eight of us this morning: Joe, Bob, Jason, Jason, Don, Kirk, Roy and I. I'm spent. But in a good way. Wait, not in a good way. I'm just spent. I need a nap.
