Triad
This morning's workout at Triad was a killer with two guys coming close to losing it (i.e. throwing up or passing out). We started with lateral box bear crawls - 12 "boxes placed in a 15 foot circle and from a bear crawl position, you move around the circle, up and down, between the boxes. Being a circle, you've always got someone behind you pushing you, and you're trying to push the guy ahead of you - so no slacking. We then moved into box steps, where we stepped up and down between each box, to the side, followed by push-ups. I'm back to Triad 3 days a week now and I'll probably start hitting the gym and lifting on the days in between now. It normally takes me about 3 weeks at Triad to get to a point where I can even come close to keeping up with the old men there, and I'm getting close now after two weeks in. Brad's supposed to have surgery on the shoulder that Will destroyed a year ago, so Brad's out for at least a few more months. Right now it's been Kirk, Tommy, Todd, Roy with the new addition of Bob Rays back in force.
