Turkey Bowl

Thursday morning I drove back to participate in the first annual Crossroads TurkeyBowl Football game. It was a beautiful morning: Cool, Crisp, Sunny with a thin cloud cover about 50 feet in the air that refracted the sun beautifully. About 20 of us got up at the crack of dawn to play football at our church property. We had four teams and only some minor injuries. The kids had as much fun as the adults, and got hurt equally. Bruce Green coordinated the whole thing and it was a great tradition to begin.
