Flexible Spending Account
A friend of mine set aside a larger chunk of money in his companies flexible spending account for his son's braces. The great thing about these accounts is they let you apply pre-tax dollars to health care expenditures. The down side is that you need to spend it in that calendar year otherwise you lose it. My friend's son decided not to get braces, so my buddy is stuck with a large amount of money to spend this year or lose it. He is currently trying to convince his wife to get a boob job with the money. When I told Cathie and she thought he ought to apply the money towards the enlargements of parts of his own anatomy.

We used to have one of those accounts. If they honestly need to spend it by the end of the year they can 1) Stock up on all sorts of over-the-counter medications and first-aid supplies, etc ...or 2) Ask their pharmacy to print out all of their prescription drug purchases in the last year and submit those receipts for reimbursement.
And if all else fails, Cathie's suggestion sounds like a good idea. :)
this story would have been waaaay funnier, if I hadn't heard it 3 times today at Matthew's party
Sooze - I never told you about Cathie's funny comment.
Dave, just one question. "how does Cathy know that his needs this procedure?" I am not sure I would like knowing my wife knows the size of my friends gentials.
I wondered how long it would take for someone to ask that question.
Why is anonymous assuming that I was talking about increasing the size of his genitals. Get your mind out of the gutter please! He's an extremely short individual so I thought he should look into leg extensions or permanent heel lifts. Thank you very much!
