Things Got Schultz'd up

After spending an hour on the phone with Northwest airlines and talking to four of the most useless agents I've ever seen (I maintained a smile throughout), we finally found a person who had a clue. My friend Marge works for NWA knows everything and would of had it fixed in 2 seconds. We're on a later flight, hopefully.

Hey, this past Tuesday night my husband was on the phone with Northwest Air Lines for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Trying to book a trip, then he was put on hold for 20 minutes, finally hung up, called back and had an agent fix the whole mess in 4 minutes. Perhaps, they need to review some of their agents?
