When I travel I no longer bring maps. As long as I have the name or address of the hotel or business I'm visiting, I'm good. I can plug it into my Treo based GPS system and be completely oblivious to where I'm at, aside from where my Treo tells me to go. The technology consists of a small GPS receiver and my phone and it's flawless unless the rechargable battery loses it's charge and you don't have a charger with you....like happened to me today in Phili. Note to self... Don't depend so heavily on technology... Yeah right.
