Cathie took Lola to get her haircut today and you can see how it
turned out. She was so matted the groomer had to shave her bald. She
now looks exactly like the kind of dog I never wanted. The cat is
taking advantage of Lola's new overgrown-rat size by beating up on her
even more so.

Why did she get so matted? Did Emily not brush her like she was supposed to?
That is by far the saddest looking dog I have ever seen. Why would anyone shave a dog to look like that? I feel so bad for her and she probably isn't loved as much anymore.
