My brother Jon and I both read Lamb, The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal , and oddly enough both had the exact favorite line in the book. If this conversation ever actually happened, it would mean that I'm not the only one in the world who occasionally scratches their head just like the disciples after Jesus throws some of his metaphors (or are they similes?) out there:
Biff:"Jesus, faking demonic possession is like a mustard seed."
Jesus: "How is it like a mustard seed?"
Biff: "You don't know, do you? Doesn't seem at all like a mustard seed, does it? Now you see how we all feel when you liken things unto a mustard seed? Huh?"
