Wow...pretty bad if even Google can't find anything on it. That looks like a Microsoft error to me, any chance you are running Vista?
What are error reports? I looked that up on my Mac and couldn't find anything like it.
apparently noel, you're not using Mac's iLife '06 suite, which seems to crap out more than microsoft office ever does.
