I'm in New Jersey for a couple of days, and for dinner we went to the Mahwah Bar and Grill for dinner. On Tuesdays they have a Pasta Bar. The Pasta Bar consists of one guy and a zillion ingredients. This fella has ADD and uses it to it's full potential. The pasta bar starts with 30 different ingredients you can choose from, combined with 30 different sauces and five different kinds of pasta. He has 12 different custom pasta pans cooking at once and moves them all over as he goes, keeping each one straight with the exact right sauce and topping. The place is kind of like a Mongolian Barbecue, but with pasta. Apparently, New Jersey does have something good to offer the world.

Pasta Bar
