Lesson Learned

Hypothetically speaking, if a kid comes to your youth group and refers to himself as "junior", don't ask him what his first name is. It could be "Flem" and he might have to tell you that in front of a large group of kids, and you could (in disbelief) ask him what his first name is again, thinking he'd told you his last name (Deep down, I wanted to believe that a parent would not give their kid the first name of Flem). To top it off, he could be a fourth generation "Flem". Do parents not think of this before naming their kids? Maybe they were just big fans of the Johnny Cash song, A Boy Named Sue.

Maybe I am reading to much into this post, but I think in a round about way you are wishing me a Happy Birthday. Thank-you for the wonderful birthday wishes.
