YouTube Copyright Violation

One of the videos I posted on YouTube got flagged for copyright violation by their new identification system. I'd used a song as background music and lo and behold, their system correctly identified it and flagged it. I'm guessing that since it's my family vacation and only 164 have viewed the video so far, I'm not on the RIAA's hit list.
